Reservation Policy

Check In: 3PM-7PM Check Out: 11 am

Deposit Amount Required: A credit card or debit card is required to hold the reservation. A first night stay or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) will secure your reservation.

Cancellations: In the event you must cancel your reservation, deposits will be refunded if we are notified two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival or if the room is re-booked for the same duration. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the full reserved stay. A $25.00 charge per room will be made for any cancellation plus any incurred credit card transaction fees.

We are open all year.  Our facility is ideal for summer vacations, fall hunting or overnight stays for close proximity to the airport.

General Policies

Smoking Allowed: Limited outdoors

Guest Pets Allowed:  Pets permitted with prior approval and subject to pet deposit. No loose or unattended animals. Outdoor kennel available.

Drinking Allowed: Yes

Children Allowed: Well Behaved Children are welcome.

Suitable For Children: Yes

Childcare Provided: No

Security & Damage deposits: The damage deposit fee is included in the nightly rental rates. If excessive wear, tear or damage is caused during your stay, you will be liable for extra cleaning or replacement costs and will be charged accordingly. A $350.00 cleaning deposit will be due at time of arrival if you are renting the entire property.

Lodging and Sales Tax

Wyoming Lodging and Sales tax (currently 8%) will be added to your final bill upon checkout.
